两组无充填物节理对爆炸裂纹扩展的影响研究

摘要 为研究爆炸载荷作用下含有两组节理岩体对爆炸裂纹扩展的影响,试验采用存在两条人工节理的有机玻璃薄板为介质,分别以两组相距10mm、20mm的平行节理及相交角度为45°、135°的节理与炮孔中心的距离为20mm、30mm、40mm作为试验模型,试验采用单发8号数码电子雷管作为爆源,爆炸加载试验模型。由试验结果可知,爆炸荷载作用下试验有机玻璃板会形成明显的分区,与爆炸岩石类似;两组平行节理的相互距离以及两组节理与炮孔中心的距离大小对裂纹总数无明显影响,对分区的有人工节理区、无人工节理区的裂纹数量影响较大;翼裂纹是爆炸应力波沿人工节理绕射形成绕射波作用产生的,两组人工节理的相互角度对翼裂纹的总数量无明显影响;而对翼裂纹的长度有影响。 In order to study the effect of two groups of throttle rock bodies on the expansion of explosive cracks under the action of explosive load,two artificial co-physique sheets were used as medium,and two sets of parallel coarse theories and intersections were taken from 10mm and 20mm apart respectively The distance between the throttle and the center of the gun hole at an angle of 45 degrees and 135 degrees is 20mm,30mm and 40mm as the test model,and the test uses the single-shot 8 digital electronic detonator as the source of the explosion and the explosion loading test model.It can be seen from the test results that the experimental plexiglass plate under the action of explosive load will form a distinct partition,similar to the rock,the distance between the two groups of parallel cocidal and the distance between the two sets of coarse and the center of the gun hole have no obvious effect on the total number of cracks,and there is no artificial throttle area of the partition,no The number of cracks in the artificial throttle area has a great influence,the wing crack is caused by the formation of the deflection wave along the artificial throttle,and the mutual angle of the two sets of artificial throttle has no obvious effect on the total number of wing cracks,and the length of the wing crack has an effect.
