Design of Treatment for Cracks in Secondary Lining of Sandaipo Tunnel

公路隧道二衬裂缝是隧道最常见的病害类型之一,对隧道的运营安全存在较大的不利影响。本文依托武定至易门高速公路三台坡隧道工程,针对其发生的二衬开裂问题,阐述了裂缝分布、裂缝监测情况及原因分析,并给出了裂缝的处治方案。结果表明,采用灌浆修补加固法进行裂缝处治是安全有效的,可为类似工程的裂缝处治提供参考。

Cracks in the secondary lining of highway tunnels are one of the most common types of diseases in tunnels,which have a great negative impact on the safety of tunnel operations.Based on the Wuding-Yimen Expressway Sandaipo Tunnel Project,in view of the cracking problem of the secondary lining,the distribution of cracks,the monitoring situation of cracks and the analysis of the causes are described,and the treatment plan for the cracks is given.The results show that the use of grouting repair and reinforcement method for crack treatment is safe and effective,which can provide a reference for crack treatment in similar projects.
