摘要
结合高速铁路预制梁厂规划及施工,全面总结高填方及陡坡地段预制梁厂设计及建设经验,结合地形条件、预制任务、生产规模、施工组织进行预制梁厂方案比选,满足生产功能需求基础上,紧凑梁厂各功能区布局,降低大临投入成本。解决了高填方地段制、存梁区域地基处理难题,完成了高填方地段制、存梁台座设计,制定高填方路基陡坡地段预制梁厂沉降观测方案。为类似工程提供参考。
Combined with the planning and construction of high-speed railway precast beam yard,comprehensively summarize the design and construction experience of Precast Beam Yard in high fill and steep slope sections,compare and select the schemes of Precast Beam Yard in combination with topographic conditions,precast tasks,production scale and construction organization,and compact the layout of each functional area of Beam Yard on the basis of meeting the needs of production functions,so as to reduce the temporary investment cost.The problems of foundation treatment in the area of beam making and storage in high fill section have been solved,the design of beam making and storage pedestal in high fill section has been completed,and the settlement observation scheme of Precast Beam Yard in steep slope section of high fill subgrade has been formulated.Provide reference for similar projects.
