摘要
盾构法施工工艺已成为地铁区间施工中较为通用的工法之一,盾构机吊装下井属于盾构法施工的重大风险源,结合盾构机型号特点,选用科学合理的吊装设备及吊装工艺已成为确保盾构机吊装下井安全的关键前提,本文以北京地铁17号线08标项目为例,结合项目特点及施工场地现状,对盾构机吊装下井施工工艺及相应安全措施进行论述,为后续同类工程提供经验和支持。
The construction technology of shield tunneling has become one of the more common construction methods in the construction of subway sections.The hoisting of shield tunneling machines is a major risk source of shield tunneling construction.Combined with the characteristics of shield tunneling machines,scientific and reasonable hoisting equipment and The hoisting process has become the key premise to ensure the safety of shield machine hoisting and going down.This paper takes Beijing Metro Line 17 Project 08 as an example,combined with the characteristics of the project and the current situation of the construction site,to discuss the construction technology and corresponding safety measures of shield machine hoisting and going down.to provide experience and support for subsequent similar projects.
