摘要 本文主要介绍了在台州市域铁路项目部商海北街特大桥140m大长度现浇连续梁施工中,通过利用竹胶板做为梁体侧模代替钢模板的施工方法,不但满足了大长度现浇连续梁的施工要求,而且大大降低了施工措施费用。利用竹胶板作为侧模板也减小了大型机械设备的使用,保证了连续梁下方交通车辆通行的安全,使得模板的安拆灵活便捷。该施工方法也为类似施工提供了一种解决思路。 This paper mainly introduces the construction method of using bamboo plywood as the beam side formwork instead of steel formwork in the construction of 140m long Cast-in-situ Continuous Beam of Shanghai North Street super large bridge of Taizhou railway project department,which not only meets the construction requirements of large-length Cast-in-situ Continuous beam,but also greatly reduces the cost of construction measures.The use of bamboo plywood as side formwork also reduces the use of large mechanical equipment,ensures the safety of traffic vehicles under the continuous beam,and makes the installation and removal of formwork flexible and convenient.This construction method also provides a solution for similar construction.
