摘要
为了研究BIM技术对于城市轨道交通施工阶段技术、质量、安全、进度等方面的作用,本文通过笔者亲历的佛山地铁2号线某项目案例,分析研究了BIM技术对于城市轨道交通工程施工阶段技术安全质量进度等方面的应用,从施工方的角度做了较为详细的研究。分析研究表明,BIM技术对于城市轨道交通施工的场地布置、图纸审阅、现场交底、质量安全管理等均有良好的促进提升作用,但在软件及平台的本土化、协同化、适用性以及专业技术人才的培养方面还需进一步提高,从而使BIM技术对轨道轨道交通工程施工阶段的安全效益更大化。
In order to study the role of BIM technology in the construction stage of urban rail transit in terms of technology,quality,safety,progress,etc.,this paper analyzes and studies the effect of BIM technology on the construction stage of urban rail transit engineering through the case of a project of Foshan Metro Line 2 that the author personally experienced.The application of technical safety,quality progress and other aspects has been studied in detail from the perspective of the construction party.Analysis and research show that BIM technology has a good role in promoting the site layout,drawing review,on-site disclosure,quality and safety management of urban rail transit construction.The cultivation of talents needs to be further improved,so as to maximize the safety benefits of BIM technology in the construction stage of rail transit projects.
