跨铁路多股道连续梁现浇支架研究及设计 被引量:1

摘要 根据亭洪路大桥上跨南宁南货场6股道(其中货1-货4线并行,线间距仅为4m左右),且支架最高达14.5m的复杂情况。采用新型盘扣式满堂支架,并设计了螺旋钢管立柱+加强型贝雷桁架的大跨度门洞结构形式,以跨越货场股道的连续梁现浇支架体系。施工实践表明,该类型的门洞结构不仅能够满足安全承载的要求,且成本较低,施工速度快,将对铁路运营的影响减到了最低。 According to the complicated situation that the Tinghong Road Bridge spans 6 tracks of Nanning South Freight Yard(including the cargo 1-cargo 4 lines in parallel,the line spacing is only about 4m),and the bracket is up to 14.5m.A new type of buckle-type full hall support is adopted,and a large-span doorway structure of spiral steel pipe column+reinforced Bailey truss is designed to span the continuous beam cast-in-place support system of the freight yard.Construction practice shows that this type of doorway structure can not only meet the requirements of safe bearing,but also has low cost and fast construction speed,which minimizes the impact on railway operations.
