摘要
巴彦淖尔先锋大桥先锋大桥地处巴彦淖尔市双河区,是加快城区建设步伐、进一步提升城市品位、促进城区提质扩容起十分重要的作用。钢混结合梁全长150m、横跨黄河总干渠,分三跨布置。钢混结合梁主跨采用横梁受力为主、纵梁为辅;边跨采用纵梁受理为主、横梁为辅的受力体系。针对水深浅、河道水环保要求高、桥面结构组件多,上部结构受力复杂等特点通过龙门吊法安装进行研究,实现了桥梁浅水区域、超长构件、多支点桥面系拼装技术,为类似桥梁可提供参考。
Bayannaoer Pioneer Bridge The Pioneer Bridge is located in Shuanghe District,Bayannaoer City.It plays a very important role in accelerating the pace of urban construction,further improving the quality of the city,and promoting the quality and expansion of the urban area.The steel-concrete combined beam has a total length of 150m,spans the main canal of the Yellow River,and is arranged in three spans.The main span of the steel-concrete composite beam adopts the transverse beam as the main force and the longitudinal beam as the auxiliary;the side span adopts the longitudinal beam acceptance as the main force and the transverse beam as the auxiliary force system.Aiming at the characteristics of shallow water,high requirements for river water environmental protection,many bridge deck structural components,and complex stress on the upper structure,the gantry crane method is used to install and study,and the assembly technology of bridge deck system in shallow water area,super-long components and multi-pivot is realized,which is similar to bridges can provide references.
