摘要
我国经济社会发展进入新阶段,为高等教育的高质量发展提出了新要求与挑战,加快由快速规模扩张向提质升级阶段转换。文章研究表明,转段升级与人口结构的深层次调整相叠加背景下,人才需求特征处于转换期,高等教育人才培养目标要与之匹配,需要实现高等教育资源网络化与集成化、专业集群化及评价多元化等,加快构建系统化、整体化的高质量人才培养长效机制。
As the economic and social development,China has entered a new stage,which puts forward new requirements and challenges for the highquality development of higher education,and speeds up the transformation from rapid scale expansion to quality upgrading.Under the background of upgrading period overlaying the deep adjustment of population structure,the demand characteristics of talent enter transition period,and the talents training goal of higher education must match it.So the higher education need to implement network of higher education resources and integration,professional clustering and diversified evaluation etc.,on which to speed up the construction of a systematic and integrative long-term mechanism of high quality talents.
