集束化护理对脑卒中吞咽功能障碍患者康复效果的影响

Effect of cluster nursing on rehabilitation of stroke patients with swallowing dysfunction

目的:探讨集束化护理对脑卒中吞咽功能障碍患者的康复效果。方法:选取南通市通州区人民医院2019年3月—2021年3月收治的91例脑卒中吞咽功能障碍患者展开探究分析。采取随机数字表法将其分成对照组(n=46)和研究组(n=45)。对照组给予常规护理,研究组则基于对照组之上提供集束化护理。结果:研究组总有效率(91.11%)明显优于对照组(76.09%),比较有显著统计学差异性(P<0.05)。两组患者护理前的Barthel和NIHSS评分比较均无显著统计学差异性(P>0.05);护理后,研究组的Barthel和NIHSS评分要比对照组更高,比较存在明显的统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,研究组的护理满意度得分显著优于对照组,比较有显著统计学差异性(P<0.05)。结论:集束化护理能够有效地促进患者吞咽功能障碍和日常生活能力的恢复,也能够提升患者护理满意度。

Objective: To explore the rehabilitation effect of cluster nursing on stroke patients with swallowing dysfunction. Methods: 91 stroke patients with swallowing dysfunction treated in People’ s Hospital of Tongzhou District, Nantong City, from March 2019 to March 2021 were investigated and analyzed. They were randomly divided into control group(n= 46) and study group(n= 45). The control group was given routine care, and the study group was given cluster care based on the control group. Results: The total effective rate of the study group(91. 11%) was significantly better than that of the control group(76. 09%), with significant statistical difference(P<0. 05). There was no significant difference in Barthel and NIHSS scores between the two groups before nursing(P>0. 05);after nursing, Barthel and NIHSS scores in the study group were higher than those in the control group, which had significant statistical significance(P<0. 05). After nursing, the score of nursing satisfaction in the study group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0. 05). Conclusion: Cluster nursing can effectively promote the recovery of patients’ swallowing dysfunction and daily living ability, and improve patients’ nursing satisfaction.
