钢抱箍架空支架在高速公路墩身盖梁施工中的应用

本文主要介绍了在清远至云浮高速公路双柱墩盖梁施工中,针对施工区域及桥址周边的地质状况及地形条件,通过采用钢抱箍架空支架的施工方法,从而很好的解决了在软弱地质区域高速公路双柱墩盖梁施工的难题,不但保证了施工质量保证了盖梁的外观和线性。由于支架受力直接作用于已完成的桥墩立柱上,使得支架受力明确可靠,确保了支架施工安全。而且避免了对软弱地质的改良,大大降低了施工措施费用。该施工方法也为类似施工提供了一种解决思路。

This paper mainly introduces the construction method of steel hoop overhead support in the construction of double-column pier cover beam of Qingyuan-Yunfu Expressway,according to the geological conditions and topographic conditions of the construction area and the surrounding of the bridge site,so as to solve the problem well.It solves the difficult problem of the construction of the double-column pier capping beam on the expressway in the weak geological area,not only ensuring the construction quality but also the appearance and linearity of the capping beam.Since the force of the support directly acts on the completed pier column,the force of the support is clear and reliable,and the safety of the support construction is ensured.Moreover,the improvement of weak geology is avoided,and the cost of construction measures is greatly reduced.This construction method also provides a solution for similar construction.
