机电工程安装施工技术问题及措施研究

本文主要是探究了机电安装工程在噪声谐振、过流危害以及机电设备本身质量上存在的问题。以机电设备的故障问题检修经验作为依据,查找机电设备在安装施工技术上存在的不足以及危害。最后根据发现的机电设备故障原因,分别提出了机电降噪抑制振捣的措施、加装继电保护装置与安装前对机电设备进行质量检查,解决了机电设备安装施工的三类主要技术问题。

This paper mainly explores the problems existing in the electromechanical installation engineering in terms of noise resonance,overcurrent hazards and the quality of the electromechanical equipment itself.Based on the troubleshooting experience of electromechanical equipment,the shortcomings and hazards in the installation and construction technology of electromechanical equipment are found.Finally,according to the found fault causes of the electromechanical equipment,the measures to suppress the vibration of electromechanical noise reduction,the installation of relay protection devices and the quality inspection of the electromechanical equipment before installation are respectively put forward,and the three main technical problems of the installation and construction of the electromechanical equipment are solved.
