摘要
研究黑水虻虫粉替代鱼粉的潜在可能性,进一步探究了不同黑水虻虫粉替代鱼粉水平(0%、10%、20%、30%、40%、50%)对大口黑鲈生长指标的影响。结果表明:黑水虻虫粉替代鱼粉对大口黑鲈的增重率、肥满度、肝体比、体型、组分和必须氨基酸组成均无显著性影响(P>0.05);成活率呈现升高趋势(P>0.05);饵料系数呈现先降低后升高的趋势(P>0.05);摄食率呈先升高后降低的趋势。
The potential possibility of fish meal replacement by Hermetia illucens powder was studied,and the effects of different levels of fish meal replacement by Hermetia illucens powder(0%,10%,20%,30%,40%,50%)on the growth indexes of Micropterus salmoides were further explored.The results showed that the substitution of Hermetia illucens powder for fish meal had no significant effects on the weight gain rate,plumpness,liver body ratio,body shape,components and essential amino acid composition of Micropterus salmoides(P>0.05);The survival rate showed an increasing trend(P>0.05);The feed coefficient decreased first and then increased(P>0.05);The feeding rate increased first and then decreased.
