飞机燃油油量测量系统调零不成功问题研究 被引量:2

摘要 燃油油量测量系统作为燃油油量数据指示的重要组成部分,通过各组油量传感信号器发送液面信号,由油量测量计算机进行C/V转换并与内部H-V曲线比对,从而输出燃油油量。油量测量系统因设备精度需求高,电容值也存在个体差异,故在安装后需进行调零、调满工作。当其调零不成功时将无法准确指示飞机油量,直接影响后续任务出动。文章针对油量测量系统调零不成功问题,对其故障原因进行分析,提出了系统内统一接地线的控制措施,为实现油量准确指示提供有益借鉴。 As an important part of the fuel oil data indicator,fuel oil measurement system send liquid level signal through each group of oil sensor signal,the oil measurement proceeds computer C/V conversion and internal H-V curve comparison,so as to output fuel oil.Due to the high precision requirement of the equipment,the capacitance value also has individual differences,so the oil measurement system needs to be adjusted zero and full after installation.When the zeroing fails,it will not be able to accurately indicate the aircraft oil mass,directly affecting the follow-up mission.Aiming at the failure of zero adjustment,this paper analyzes the cause of its failure,and puts forward the control measures of unified grounding wire in the system,which provides beneficial reference for the realization of accurate oil amount show.
