摘要 为了提高核电厂设备的经济性和可靠性,并降低维修成本,因此可以对核安全、机组发电有重要作用的设备进行状态监测,并根据检测结果开展预测性维修工作。本论文详细阐述了预测性维修技术的理论和方法,并以核电厂主变压器为例详细论述了核电厂开展基于在线监测技术的预测性维修技术的应用情况,为核电厂重大设备推行预测性维修技术提供参考。 In order to improve the economy and reliability of nuclear power plant equipment and reduce the maintenance cost.Therefore,the equipment which plays an important role in nuclear safety and unit power generation can be monitored,and predictive maintenance can be carried out according to the test results.This paper expounds the theory and method of predictive maintenance technology in detail,and discusses the application of predictive maintenance technology based on online monitoring technology in nuclear power plants by taking the main transformer of nuclear power plant as an example,so as to provide reference for the implementation of predictive maintenance technology for major equipment in nuclear power plants.
