“两升”背景下图书馆服务质量影响因素实证分析 被引量:1

摘要 部分高校明确自身升硕士点、大学的发展方向,而图书馆服务质量是学科评估的重要支撑条件之一。图书馆高质量服务有助于高校完成“两升”目标。文章以模型LibQUAL;为基础构建多维度的评价指标,采用Likert 5点量表法设计问卷,并随机调查近年来完成升格大学的高校图书馆用户,共获取1 355份有效问卷,首先采用Excel对数据进行描述性分析,然后利用SPSS 26.0对数据做信效度和多元线性回归分析。结果显示,各影响因素对图书馆服务质量都有显著的正向影响,其中馆员因素是图书馆服务质量的决定性因素,其余影响因素依次是“用户行为习惯”“馆藏”“环境和设施”“用户获取信息”“流通服务”,而用户对“资源推广”的因素感知最低。 Some colleges have defined the development direction of their upgrading to university and master’ s degree,and the service quality of university libraries is one of the important supporting conditions for discipline evaluation. The high quality service of the library helps the university to achieve the goal of university promotion. Based on the LibQUAL;model, a multidimensional evaluation index was constructed. A 5-point Likert scale was used for evaluation, and obtained 1 355 valid questionnaires from upgrading university library users. The data are analyzed by Excel, and the reliability and validity and multiple linear regression analysis are performed by SPSS 26. 0. Results show that all dimensions of the influence factors on the library service quality has significant positive influence, among which the librarian factor is the decisive factor of the quality of library service, the other influencing factors, in turn, are “user behavior”, “library collection”, “environment and facilities”, “user information acquisition”, “ circulation service”, the “resource promotion” factor is the lowest.
