国外大众健身产品供给理念、特征及发展走势

Supply Concept,Characteristics and Development Trend of Mass Fitness Products Abroad

为借鉴国外经验来提供解决我国大众健身产品供给问题的思路,运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法,分析国外大众健身产品的供给理念,供给主体、模式、内容的供给特征并分析其发展走势。国外大众健身产品的供给理念以促进国民身体健康为引领,逐渐强调包容性供给,3个供给主体呈现良性合作与竞争特征,供给模式以有限市场型和有限政府型为主,供给内容特征包括场地设施、指导培训、赛事活动、评估监测4个方面,分析发展走势包括供给主体作用程度趋于平衡,供给效率为先、呈现社会化导向和数字化、智能化趋势。启示:加强多元供给主体之间的正向联系;优化供给模式,深化“放、管、服”改革;以社会需求为导向优化大众健身产品供给内容问题。

In order to draw on foreign experience to provide ideas for solving the problem of supplying mass fitness products in China,we use the literature method and logical analysis method to analyse the supply concept of mass fitness products abroad,the supply characteristics of supplying subjects,modes and contents and analyse their development trends.The supply concept of foreign mass fitness products is led by the promotion of national physical health,with gradual emphasis on inclusive supply,the three supply subjects show benign cooperation and competition characteristics.The supply mode is mainly limited market type and limited government type,the supply content characteristics include venue facilities,guidance and training,events and activities,and evaluation and monitoring,the analysis of the development trend includes the degree of the role of supply subjects tends to be balanced,the supply efficiency is first,and the trend of social orientation and digitalization and intelligence is presented.It is necessary to strengthen the positive link between multiple supply subjects,optimise the supply model and deepen the reform of decentralisation,management and service,and optimise the content of the supply of mass fitness products with social demand as the guide.
