关节松动术联合针灸治疗对前交叉韧带损伤术后康复效果的影响

Effect of Joint Loosening Combined with Acupuncture on Postoperative Rehabilitation of Anterior Cruciate Ligament Injury

目的探讨关节松动术联合针灸治疗对前交叉韧带损伤术后康复效果的影响。方法选取2018年7月~2021年10月阜阳市第七人民医院康复科收治的20例前交叉韧带损伤修复术后患者为研究对象,随机分为针灸组和联合组各10例,针灸组接受常规术后康复治疗和针灸治疗;联合组接受常规术后康复治疗和关节松动术联合针灸治疗,测量治疗前和治疗第1、2、3、4周的患肢的膝关节屈曲角度、膝关节肿胀程度、VAS评分、Lysholm膝关节评分并在术后第12周进行随访检查,对相关数据的统计学分析。结果联合组术后第1、2、3、4周和第12周随访的膝关节屈曲角度、Lysholm膝关节评分高于针灸组,膝关节肿胀程度和VAS评分低于针灸组。结论关节松动术联合针灸治疗可有效改善前交叉韧带损伤术后的膝关节屈曲ROM、降低VAS评分、减轻膝关节肿胀程度和提高Lysholm膝关节评分,有助于前交叉韧带损伤术后膝关节功能的康复。

Objective To investigate the effect of joint loosening combined with acupuncture on postoperative rehabilitation of anterior cruciate ligament(ACL)injury.Methods A total of 20 patients with postoperative ACL injury admitted to the Rehabilitation Department of Fuyang Seventh People's Hospital from July 2018 to October 2021 were selected as the research objects,and were randomly divided into the acupuncture group and the combine group with 10 patients in each group.The acupuncture group received routine postoperative rehabilitation treatment and acupuncture treatment.The combined group received conventional postoperative rehabilitation and joint loosening combined with acupuncture.Knee flexion Angle,knee swelling degree,VAS score and Lysholm knee score of the affected limb were measured before treatment and at the 1st,2nd,3rd and 4th week after treatment.Follow-up examination was conducted at the 12th week after surgery,and relevant data were statistically analyzed.Results The knee flexion Angle and Lysholm score of the combined group were higher than those of the acupuncture group at 1,2,3,4 and 12 weeks after operation,while the knee swelling and VAS score were lower than those of the acupuncture group.Conclusion Joint loosening combined with acupuncture can effectively improve knee flexion Angle,reduce VAS score,reduce knee swelling and improve Lysholm knee score after ACL injury,which is conducive to the rehabilitation of knee function after ACL injury.
