摘要
目的从宏观功能网络的角度分析太极拳不同于一般有氧锻炼对老年女性功能网络的影响。方法筛选60岁以上的具有一定锻炼经验的老年女性共33名,按照运动方式分为太极拳组和步行组进行24周的运动干预,在干预前后采集两组的静息态磁共振数据。采用认知心理测量工具评估被试总体认知以及延时回忆等行为能力,结合基于独立成分分析的影像学分析方法对两组24周干预前后的脑功能网络变化进行分析。结果与结论太极拳在延迟回忆方面显著优于步行组;24周锻炼后,太极拳组和步行组在默认网络和感觉运动网络激活水平有显著差异,具体表现为太极拳组海马区域激活水平增强,楔前叶/中央后回激活水平减弱。
Objective Analyze the influence of TCC on the functional network of elderly women from the perspective of macro-functional network.Methods A total of 33 elderly women over 60 years of age with certain exercise experience were selected and divided into TCC group and walking group according to their exercise styles for 24 weeks of exercise intervention,and the resting state fMRI data of the two groups were collected before and after the intervention.Cognitive psychometric tools were used to assess the participants’overall cognition and delayed recall and other behavioral abilities.Combined with imaging techniques based on independent component analysis to analysis the differences of brain function network.Results and Conclusion 24 weeks TCC was significantly better than walking group in delayed recall of resting state functional network.After 24 weeks of exercise,there were significant differences in the activation levels of default network and sensory-motor network between the TCC group and the walking group.Specifically,the activation levels of the hippocampus region in the TCC group were enhanced,while the activation levels of the precuneus/posterior central gyrus were decreased.
