科技特派员制度在全国推广实施已有二十余载光阴,在新时期,科技特派员制度能够从提升农业发展质量、促进农业产业转型、提高农民组织化程度等角度助推乡村振兴的实现。利益共同体是科技特派员制度和施力于农业农村经济发展的最佳切入点。以相关文献和现实经验为基础,梳理出包含利益代表、利益创造、利益调节、利益分配和利益保障的利益共同体运行机制,有助于进一步完善科技特派员制度和助推乡村振兴实现。

The science and technology commissioner system has been popularized and implemented throughout the country for more than 20 years.In the new era,the science and technology commissioner system can promote the realization of rural revitalization from the perspectives of improving the quality of agricultural development,promoting the transformation of agricultural industry and improving the degree of farmers'organization.The community of interests is the best entry point for the science and technology commissioner system and the development of agriculture and rural economy.Based on relevant literature and practical experience,this paper combs out the operation mechanism of interest community including interest representation,interest creation,interest regulation,interest distribution and interest protection,which will help to further improve the science and technology commissioner system and promote the realization of rural revitalization.
