在乡村文化振兴中发展县域文化——以福建省永泰县武术文化发展为例

New Paths of County Culture Development from the Perspective of Rural Revitalization Strategy——A case study of martial arts culture in Yongtai County

近年县域文化的发展越来越受重视,关于县域文化发展的研究逐渐丰富,为县域文化的发展拓宽了思路。特别是在美丽乡村建设、乡村振兴战略的推动下,我国相对落后的县城、乡村正在快速地发展,要在这样的大背景下脱颖而出,挖掘自身特色,打造“一村一品”就成为了许多县城、乡村的发展目标。这样一来对乡村文化振兴的研究就显得极其的重要。永泰武术文化作为永泰当地特色文化之一,具有深刻的研究意义,从乡村振兴战略的视角分别对县域领导、文化资源开发、文化建设人才培养、文化产业投融资、体制机制改革五个层面的县域文化发展路径进行研究和论述,有助于县域文化的发展建设。

In recent years,more and more attention has been paid to the development of county culture,and the research on the development of county culture has gradually been enriched,which broadens the thinking for the development of county culture.Especially under the promotion of beautiful countryside construction and rural revitalization strategy,China’s relatively backward counties and villages are developing rapidly.In this context,to stand out,tap their own characteristics,and create“one village,one characteristic”has become the development goal of many counties and villages.In this way,the study of subculture is extremely important.As one of the local characteristic cultures,the martial art culture of Yongtai County has profound research significance.This paper studies and discusses the development paths of county culture from five aspects of county leadership,cultural resources development,cultural construction personnel training,cultural industry investment and financing,and system and mechanism reform from the perspective of rural revitalization strategy,hoping to help county culture development and construction.
