创新驱动视角下高教区构建路径研究——基于筑波发展经验

A Study of the Approach to Constructing Higher Education Districts from the Perspective of Innovation-driven Development——Based on experience drawn from the development of Tsukuba Science City

摘要 上世纪60年代,日本政府斥巨资构建“筑波研究学园都市”;本世纪初,国家层面大幅度调整筑波创新驱动发展方向。目前,筑波城已产生六位诺贝尔奖获得者,其作为政府主导的区域创新建设的成功案例引起学者广泛关注。筑波城在政府主导建设、高校领军科研、共同培养创新人才、政产学研协同构建区域创新集群方面对我国高教区,特别是京津冀一体化中河北省高教区构建、雄安特区建设具有启发性与可鉴性。 In the 1960s,the Japanese government invested heavily for constructing"Tsukuba Science City(TSC)".At the beginning of the 21st century,the innovation-driven development direction of Tsukuba was greatly adjusted at the national level.By far,TSC has six Nobel Prize winners,and has attracted wide attention from scholars as a successful case of government-dominated regional innovation.In terms of government-dominated construction,university-led scientific research,joint cultivation of innovative talents,and government-industry-university-research coordinated building of regional innovation clusters,TSC is enlightening and instructive for the construction of higher education districts in China,especially those in Hebei Province and Xiong’an New Area,in the progress of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei integration.
