河长通融合工作机制研究

Study on Integration Mechanism of River Chief APP

为推进河(湖)长制长效管理,解决基层干部和网格员系统多头进、数据重复录取等问题,浙江省启动村级河长通APP与四平台掌上基层APP融合,切实减轻基层河(湖)长负担。工作实践证明,借助四平台完备的部门配置、基层力量、综合指挥和分析研判等功能,可以集中资源实现问题本地解决、协调处理,提高问题处置效率,为基层河长减负。河长通融合工作机制,是保障融合村级河长巡河履职的前提,同时也为后续推广工作提供经验参考。

In order to promote the long-term management of River(Lake)chief system and solve the problems of multiple system entries and repeated data recording for grassroots officials and grid members,the integration of village-level River Chief APP and four-platform handheld grassroots APP is launched in Zhejiang Province to effectively reduce the burden on grassroots river chiefs.The work practice has proved that based on the functions of the four-platform as department configuration,grassroots strength,comprehensive command,analysis and research,the problems can be solved locally and coordinated by pooling resources,so as to improve the efficiency of problem disposal and reduce the burden on the grassroots River(Lake)riuer chiefs.The integration mechanism of River Chief APP is the premise to guarantee the duty performance of village-level River(Lake)riuer chiefs,providing experience reference for the follow-up promotion work.
