“烟花”台风期间青山水库洪水调度分析 被引量:2

摘要 2021年台风“烟花”为东苕溪流域带来了“风雨潮洪”四碰头的紧张防汛形势。位于东苕溪上游的青山水库着眼全流域防御洪水,充分发挥了防洪效益。通过分析降雨特性和洪水成因,此案例具有洪峰多、历时长、水位高的特征。青山水库防洪过程中,预泄预排、洪水预报、削峰拦洪等调度措施及防汛技术团队发挥了重要作用,但也存在主动性防洪手段不足、联动机制不畅等问题,据此提出进一步提高青山水库防洪能力的可行建议。 In 2021,Typhoon“In-fa”caused a tense flood control situation where rainstorms and flood gathered in the Eastern Tiaoxi Basin.Located in the upper reaches of Eastern Tiaoxi River,Qingshan Reservoir focuses onflood defense for the whole basin,giving full play to the flood control.By analyzing the characteristics of rainfall and the causes of floods,the flood by“In-fa”displays its characteristics as multiple flood peaks,long duration,and high water levels.In flood control of Qingshan Reservoir,dispatch measures such as pre-discharge,flood forecast,peak clipping,etc.,played an important role,as well as the flood control technical team.However,some unsolved problems are put forward like inadequate targeted means and poor linkage mechanism and feasible suggestions are discussed to enhance the flood control capacity of Qingshan Reservoir.
