摘要
【目的】研究贵州芥菜型油菜主要农艺性状与产量的相关关系,为贵州芥菜型油菜育种提供理论指导。【方法】以269份贵州地方芥菜型油菜为材料,通过主要农艺性状的相关性和通径分析,研究产量与各农艺性状的关系。【结果】贵州芥菜型油菜的全株有效角果数、二次有效分枝数、主花序角果数、株高、一次有效分枝数、每角粒数与产量呈极显著正相关,千粒重与产量呈显著相关,说明全株有效角果数、二次有效分枝数、主花序角果数、株高、一次有效分枝数、每角粒数及千粒重是影响产量的重要因素;各农艺性状对产量影响的直接通径系数为全株有效角果数(x8)>千粒重(x10)>株高(x1)>二次有效分枝数(x5)>主花序角果数(x7)>每角粒数(x9)>分枝角度(x6)>有效分枝高度(x2)>一次有效分枝数(x4)>主花序长(x3)。【结论】贵州芥菜型油菜的全株有效角果数、二次有效分枝数、主花序角果数、株高、一次有效分枝数、千粒重是影响小区产量的主要因素,其中二次有效分枝数对全株角果数贡献率较大,且通过全株有效角果数产生了极大的正效应。在芥菜型油菜高产育种工作中除了要注重全株角果数的选择外,还应该加强对二次有效分枝数的选择。
【Objective】The study on the correlation between main agronomic characters and yield of Brassica juncea in Guizhou will provide theoretical guidance for breeding research.【Method】Through correlation and path analysis,the relationship between main agronomic characters and yield of 269 local B.juncea in Guizhou was studied.【Result】The number of effective pod per plant,the number of secondary effective branches,the number of pod per main inflorescence,plant height,the number of primary effective branches and the number of seeds per pod were significantly positively correlated with the yield,and the 1000-grain weight was significantly correlated with the yield.The direct path coefficient indicated the effect degree of different agronomic traits on the yield of B.juncea,which showed that whole plant effective pod number(x8)>1000-grain weight(x10)>plant height(x1)>secondary effective branch number(x5)>main inflorescence pod number(x7)>per pod number(x9)>branch angle(x6)>effective branch height(x2)>primary effective branch number(x4)>main inflorescence long(x3).【Conclusion】The number of effective pod per plant,secondary effective branches,pod per main inflorescence,the plant height,the number of primary effective branches and 1000-grain weight were the main factors affecting the yield.The secondary effective branch number had a great contribution to the whole plant pod number,and had a great positive effect through the whole plant pod number.Therefore,the selection of pod number and secondary effective branch number should be emphasized in high yield breeding of B.juncea.
