控制方式及算法对复烤烟片化学成分均匀性的影响 被引量:2

摘要 【目的】降低复烤烟片化学成分变异系数,达到打叶复烤均匀性生产的目的,【方法】选用不同品种、不同等级、不同配方的烟叶为试验对象,采用不同的仓库堆码控制方式及算法出库搭配的组合方法,设计对比试验,并对试验结果进行验证。【结果】应用重量配比算法,仅完成配方混配,复烤烟片烟碱变异系数≥7.58%,降幅≥50.99%,糖碱比变异系数≥11.01%,降幅≥50.36%;工商交接时测定烟碱,应用“重量+烟碱”进行搭配出料混配,复烤烟片烟碱变异系数≥5.0%,降幅≥68.72%,糖碱比变异系数≥7.83%,降幅≥57.07%;工商交接时测定烟碱,按烟碱高、中、低分类入库堆码,再按照“重量+烟碱”算法搭配出库,复烤烟片烟碱变异系数≤3.51%,降幅≥80.76%,糖碱比变异系数≤6.10%,降幅≥77.80%。【结论】工商交接时测定烟碱,按烟碱高、中、低分类入库堆码,再按照“重量+烟碱”算法搭配出库,复烤烟片烟碱控制在≤3.5%范围内。该方法对总糖、还原糖、总糖/烟碱、还原糖/烟碱的变异系数同具调控作用。 【Objective】The current study was conducted to reduce the coefficient of variation of chemical composition of red-cured tobacco slices,and guarantee uniform of threshing and redrying.【Method】Different varieties,grades,and formulas of tobacco leaves were selected as raw materials,and different warehouse stacking control methods combined with a method of algorithm outbound matching were used to the design comparative tests and verify the test results.【Result】When the weight ratio algorithm was applied,the formula mixing was the only step completed,and the results showed that the coefficient of variation of nicotine in red-cured tobacco slices was≥7.58%with a decrease of≥50.99%,and that of sugar and nicotine ratio was≥11.01%with a decrease of≥50.36%.Measured nicotine at the industrial and commercial handover,the‘weight+nicotine’combination method was used for discharging and blending,and the results showed that the coefficient of variation of nicotine in red-cured tobacco slices was≥5.0%with a decrease of≥68.72%,and the coefficient of variation of sugar and nicotine ratio was≥7.83%with a decrease of≥57.07%.Measured nicotine at the industrial and commercial handover,the tobacco leaves were stacked according to the concentrations of nicotine,namely high,medium and low,and then the leaves were discharged according to the‘weight+nicotine’algorithm,and the results showed that the coefficient of variation of nicotine in red-cured tobacco slices was≤3.51%with a decrease of≥80.76%,and the coefficient of variation of sugar-to-base ratio was≤6.10%with a decrease of≥77.80%.【Conclusion】Measured nicotine at the industrial and commercial handover and stacked according nicotine concentrations,combined with the‘weight+nicotine’algorithm,when the leaves were discharged,nicotine of redrying tobacco slices was effectively limited within a range of≤3.5%.The method has a regulatory effect on the coefficient of variation of total sugar,reducing sugar,total sugar/nicotine,and reducing sugar/nicotine.
