再造烟叶浆料中添加负载颗粒工艺参数优化 被引量:3

摘要 【目的】提高再造烟叶浆料网部留着率,提升再造烟叶产品抽吸品质。【方法】选用负载颗粒作为填料和浆料里的加香物质,基于抄造留着率和成品致香成分2个指标,采用正交试验法优化负载颗粒、碳酸钙和植物纤维在浆料中的添加量工艺参数。【结果】浆料最佳配比为负载颗粒20%,碳酸钙5%,植物纤维80%,即以负载颗粒代替大量碳酸钙作为再造烟叶填料;该条件下,再造烟叶留着率为89.64%,致香成分为143.207μg/g。【结论】再造烟叶浆料中添加负载颗粒,不但增加浆料网部留着率,还提高再造烟叶中致香成分含量,最优条件下,再造烟叶抄造留着率增加9.50%,致香成分含量增加11.78%。 【Objective】The purpose of this research was to improve the retention rate of reconstituted tobacco pulp in the mesh and improve the sensory quality of reconstituted tobacco products. 【Method】The loaded granules were selected as fillers and flavoring substances in the pulp. Processing parameters of adding granules, calcium carbonate and plant fiber in the pulp was optimized by orthogonal test based on the two indicators of retention rate and aroma components in the finished product.【Result】The best proportion of pulp was 20% loaded granules, 5% calcium carbonate and 80% plant fiber, that is, loaded granules instead of a large amount of CaCO;were used as fillers for reconstituted tobacco leaves;under this condition, the retention rate of reconstituted tobacco was 89.64% and the aroma components was 143.207 μg/g. 【Conclusion】The addition of loaded granules not only increased the retention rate of pulp in the mesh, but also increased the content of aroma components in reconstituted tobacco. Under the optimal conditions, the retention rate of reconstituted tobacco increased by 9.50%, and the content of aroma components increased by 11.78%.
