大学生思想政治教育是高校辅导员的主责主业,面对面谈心谈话工作是开展大学生思想政治教育工作的重要载体,是建立良好师生关系的重要桥梁,是提升辅导员育人能力的有效途径。在辅导员与学生日常的谈心谈话工作中我们凝练出“思想问诊式”面对面谈心谈话的工作方法,包含首谈负责制、跟踪记录制、归类线索制和回访评价制四个环节,以期全面掌握学生思想动态、及时解决学生个性化困惑、助力学生成长成才。

Ideological and political education of college students is the main responsibility of college counselors.Face-to-face talk is an important carrier to carry out ideological and political education for college students,an important bridge to establish a good relationship between teachers and students,and an effective way to improve the ability of counselors to educate people.The work method of"ideological consultation type"face-to-face talk is based on the daily talk between counselors and students,mainly including the first talk responsibility system,tracking record system,classification clues system and return visit evaluation system,in order to fully grasp the students'ideological dynamics,timely solve the students'personalized confusion,and help students grow up.
