中学团委书记参与党史学习教育的现状分析与实践探索

Analysis on the present situation and practical direction of middle schoolYouth League Committee secretary's participation in party history study and education

围绕中学团委书记参与党史学习教育的基本情况,从关注度、关注渠道、关注内容、关注动机进行实证研究,结果发现中学团委书记对党史学习教育表现出主体圈层化,注重线上学习,线下讨论活跃度不足,党史学理类呈阶段性变化,学习动机丰富多元等特征。通过党史学习教育,增强了中学团委书记跟党走的思想自觉、理论自觉和行动自觉,但也存在党史学习教育缺乏系统设计、话语体系不接地气、学习“内卷”较为明显,教育形式表面等问题。需要进一步加强中学团委书记党史学习教育的系统设计,构建党史学习话语转化体系,加强党史原著原文的学习,提高为群众办实事的能力。

This paper focuses on the basic situation of middle school youth League committee secretaries'participation in party history study and education,and carries out an empirical study from the aspects of attention,attention channels,attention content and motivation.The results of this paper show that the secretaries of the youth League committee of middle schools have obvious characteristics of the party history education,such as the obvious stratification of the main body,the emphasis on online learning,the lack of activity in offline discussion,the periodical change of the party history academic categories,and the rich and diversified learning motives.Through the education and study of party history,the secretary of the youth League committee of middle school has been strengthened to follow the party consciously in thought,theory and action,but there are also some problems,such as the lack of systematic design of party history study and education,the discourses are not grounded,the study of"inner scroll"is obvious,the form is superficial and so on.In the future,it is necessary to further strengthen the systematic design of the party history study and education of the secretary of the Youth League committee of middle school,construct the discourse transformation system of the party history study,strengthen the study of the original text of the Party history,and improve the ability to do practical things for the masses.
