纤维素基摩擦纳米发电机研究进展

摘要 摩擦纳米发电机是一种基于摩擦起电和静电感应耦合效应的新型发电机,可以把机械能转化为电能。纤维素作为是一种绿色、天然、环保、易降解材料,将其用于摩擦纳米发电机的电极制备,具有制备成本低、易生产的特点。本文首先介绍了摩擦纳米发电机的工作原理和4种工作模式,然后探讨了纤维素基摩擦纳米发电机性能优化的几种方法:在摩擦层中引入纳米/微结构和构建多孔结构,从而提高表面积;通过对摩擦层材料进行表面化学修饰和物理掺杂达到增加电荷密度的目的。 The triboelectric nanogenerator is a new type of generator based on the coupling effect of friction electrification and electrostatic induction, which can convert mechanical energy into electrical energy. Cellulose is a kind of green, natural, environmental friendly and easily degradable material. Cellulose can be used in the preparation of the electrode of the triboelectric nanogenerator, and has the characteristics of low preparation cost and easy production. Firstly, the working principle and four working modes of triboelectric nanogenerator were introduced in this paper, and then several methods for optimizing the performance of cellulose-based triboelectric nanogenerator were discussed: introducing nano/micro structures into the friction layer and constructing porous structures to increase the surface area;on the other hand, through the surface chemical modification and physical doping of the friction layer material to achieve the purpose of increasing the charge density.
