海军陆战队某部海训后疲劳状况调查 被引量:3

A survey on fatigue status of a troop in marine after maritime training

摘要 目的 对濒海训练(简称海训)前后军人疲劳情况进行问卷调查,了解短期高强度海训对军人疲劳发生发展的影响,为制定合理的训练计划和保障疲劳有效恢复提供参考。方法 2021年3—4月选取进行滨海训练的66名海军陆战队员作为调查对象。将调查者按军龄和体质指数分别分组,在海训前后对各组军人进行中文版多位疲劳量表和中文版个人疲劳强度问卷调查。结果 军龄1~<3、3~<6和≥6年官兵海训后的多维疲劳量表总分分别为(23.77±2.13)、(35.39±4.78)和(53.32±7.86)分。所有调查者海训后较海训前体力疲劳、脑力疲劳和疲劳总分均加重(均P<0.05);不同军龄的调查者海训后的疲劳程度差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且军龄越长,疲劳程度越高。结论 短时间高负荷海训可诱发或加重官兵疲劳。睡眠充足时,疲劳程度与军龄相关。 Objective To analyze the effect of short term intense maritime training on occurrence and development of fatigue in military personnel through a questionnaire survey on the fatigue of military personnel before and after maritime training,provide a reference for formulating reasonable training plans and ensuring the effective recovery of fatigue.Methods From March to April2021,66 Marines who conducted coastal training were selected as the research objects.The subjects were divided into groups according to military seniority and body mass index(BMI),and were asked to undergo the questionnaire survey with the Chinese version of multidimensional fatigue scale(MFI-20) and the Chinese version of checklist individual strength(CIS) before and after maritime training.Results After the training,the total score of multidimensional fatigue inventory-20(MFI-20) of subjects with military seniority of 1-<3,3-<6 and ≥6 years was(23.77±2.13),(35.39±4.78) and(53.32±7.86)points.After maritime training,all subjects’ physical fatigue,mental fatigue and total fatigue scores got significantly worse than before(all P<0.05).There was statistically significant difference in the fatigue degree after maritime training among subjects with different military seniorities(P<0.05),and the longer the military seniority,the higher the fatigue degree.Conclusions Short-term high-load maritime training can induce or aggravate the fatigue of marines.When adequate sleep is ensured,the degree of fatigue is related to military seniority.
