实习护生识别医疗废弃物风险能力现状及相关因素分析

Analysis on status quo and influencing factors of ability of nursing interns to identify risk of medical waste

目的 了解实习护生识别医疗废弃物风险能力现状,分析其影响因素,为提高实习护生正确处置医疗废弃物能力提供参考依据。方法 2020年9—10月,采用便利抽样方法,使用自行设计调查表,包括一般资料问卷和医疗废弃物风险认知问卷,对昆山市2所三级医院和4所二级医院全日制护理专业实习护生进行调查,并对数据进行分析。结果 实习护生识别医疗废弃物风险能力得分为(36.85±6.78)分,处于中等偏上水平。医院等级、实习时间、对护理工作态度及是否接受系统医疗废弃物管理培训均是实习护生识别医疗废物风险能力的影响因素(均P<0.05)。结论 昆山市实习护生识别医疗废弃物风险能力有待进一步提高,医疗机构应结合医院的工作特点、工作环节和操作流程等,采取多元化培训方式提升护生医疗废弃物风险识别能力。

Objective To understand the status of medical waste risk identification ability of nursing interns,analyze its influencing factors,and provide reference materials for improving the ability of nursing interns to dispose medical waste correctly.Methods From September to October 2020,by the convenience sampling,the full-time nursing interns of two tertiary hospitals and four secondary hospitals in Kunshan City were investigated by the self-designed questionnaires,including the general information questionnaire and questionnaire on identification ability of medical waste risk,and the data were analyzed.Results The score of identification ability of medical waste risk of nursing interns was(36.85±6.78)points,which was at an upper middle level.The hospital grade,practice time,attitude towards nursing work and whether to receive systematic medical waste management training were the influencing factors for medical waste risk identification ability of nursing interns(all P<0.05).Conclusion The ability of nursing interns in Kunshan City to identify risk of medical waste should be improved further,and medical institutions should adopt diversified training methods according to hospital’s working characteristics,working links and operation procedures,so as to improve the medical waste risk identification ability of nursing interns.
