摘要
目的:探讨臭氧注射联合射频消融术治疗神经根型颈椎病患者的疗效。方法:选取2019年1月至2020年12月在本院确诊的80例神经根型颈椎病患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,各40例。对照组患者采用射频消融术治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上采用臭氧注射联合治疗。分别于治疗前后,检测超敏C-反应蛋白(Hypersensitive-c-reactive protein,hs-CRP)、白细胞介素-6(interleukin-6,IL-6)及白细胞介素-8(Interleukin-8,IL-8)水平。记录患者治疗前后视觉模拟评分法(Visual Analogue Scale/Score,VAS)评分情况;并发症发生情况。结果:观察组治疗的总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患者VAS评分、各项血清学指标明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后并发症发生率与对照组无显著差异。结论:臭氧注射联合射频消融术治疗可以明显提高神经根型颈椎病患者的临床疗效,具有临床应用价值。
Objective:To explore the curative effect of ozone injection combined with radiofrequency ablation on patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy(CSR).Methods:A total of 80 patients with CSR confirmed in the hospital were enrolled between January 2019 and December 2020.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group,40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with radiofrequency ablation,while observation group was additionally treated with ozone injection.Before and after treatment,levels of hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6)and interleukin-8(IL-8)were detected.The score of Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)and occurrence of complications were recorded before and after treatment.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,VAS score and serological indexes in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups after treatment.Conclusion:Ozone injection combined with radiofrequency ablation can significantly improve the clinical curative effect on CSR patients.
