摘要
目的 探讨7~10岁儿童执行功能与运动协调能力之间的相关性,为临床干预提供理疗基础。方法 2020年5月至2020年8月招募7~10岁儿童79名,最终70名儿童纳入研究。所有儿童均完成威斯康卡片分类测验(WCST)、儿童发育性运动协调障碍问卷(DCDQ)、儿童运动评估成套工具(MABC)中文版。对测试结果进行相关性分析,并依据WCST及参数进行分组,比较组间的MABC和DCDQ结果。结果 32例WCST测试结果异常,占45.71%。其中注意力转移能力异常者19例,思维能力异常者28例,注意维持能力异常者34例。通过MABC-2测试总测评分百分比判断运动协调能力减退的儿童共16例(占22.86%),依据分维度的百分比发现,4例手部精细动作减退,21例手眼协调能力减退,18例动静态平衡能力减退。DCDQ总分(69.69±11.6)分,其中13例低于58分,占18.57%。运动控制能力平均(4.15±0.79)分,精细运动/书写能力平均(4.08±0.9)分,粗大运动/计划能力平均(4.14±1.01)分,总体协调能力平均(3.96±0.99)分。首次分类数与运动控制能力低度相关(r=0.309),完成分类数与手部精细动作测试分、测试分总分、运动控制能力低度相关(r依次为0.303、0.313、0.355),概括水平数与手部精细动作测试分低度相关(r=0.314),持续性错误率与手部精细动作测试分低度相关(r=0.343)。结论 认知灵活性与手部精细动作和运动协调性有关,或可作为进一步临床干预突破点。
Objective To explore the correlation between executive function and motor coordination ability in children aged 7-10 years,and to provide a basis for clinical intervention.Methods From May to August 2020,79 children aged 7-10 years were recruited,and finally 70 children were included in the study.All children completed the Wisconn card sorting test(WCST),the child developmental motor coordination questionnaire(DCDQ),and the Chinese version of the children’s motor assessment kit(MABC).Correlation analysis of the test results,and grouping according to WCST and parameters,comparing the results of MABC and DCDQ between groups.Results 32 cases of WCST test results were abnormal,accounting for 45.71%.Among them,19 cases had abnormal attention shift ability,28 cases had abnormal thinking ability,and 34cases had abnormal attention maintenance ability.A total of 16 cases(22.86%) of children with impaired motor coordination were judged by the percentage of the total score of the MABC-2 test.According to the percentage of sub-dimensions,it was found that 4 cases of hand fine motor decreased,21 cases of hand-eye coordination decreased,18 For example,the dynamic and static balance ability decreases.The total score of DCDQ was(69.69±11.6),of which 13 cases were lower than 58 points,accounting for 18.57%.The average motor control ability was(4.15±0.79),the fine motor/writing ability was(4.08±0.9),the gross motor/planning ability was(4.14±1.01),and the overall coordination ability was(3.96±0.99).The first classification number is lowly related to motor control ability(r=0.309),and the completed classification number is lowly related to hand fine motor test scores,total test scores,and motor control ability(rare 0.303,0.313,0.355 in turn),The number of generalization levels is related to the low degree of hand fine motor test(r=0.314),and the persistent error rate is related to the low degree of hand fine motor test(r=0.343).Conclusion Cognitive flexibility is related to hand fine motor and motor coordination,and may be used as a breakthrough point for further clinical intervention.
