摘要
新旧混凝土结合面凿毛处理是混凝土结构施工中的必要工序之一,凿毛面的质量将对新旧混凝土结合面处的粘结强度、结构耐久性和避免接缝开裂起到至关重要的作用。本文采用图像处理的方法计算混凝土冲毛后粗颗粒暴露百分比,借助MATLAB平台编写相应的代码,并设置冲毛时间分别为30s、60s、90s、120s的4个实验组进行实验验证。结果表明:采用图像处理计算粗颗粒暴露面积百分比误差小,可以满足实际工程应用。
Novinal condensating surface chiseling treatment is one of the necessary steps in the construction of concrete structures, and the quality of the chiseling surface will be only the bond strength, structural durability and avoiding seam cracking in the new and old concrete combination. This paper uses image processing to calculate the percentage of crude particles after the purge of the concrete, and the corresponding code is written with the MATLAB platform, and the four experimental groups of the fluffy time 30 s, 60 s, 90 s, 120 s are experimentally verified. The results show that the use of image processing calculates the percentage of crude particles exposure area and can meet the actual engineering application.
