心理资本在急诊科医务人员抗逆力与职业认同中的中介作用 被引量:2

Mediating role of psychological capital in resilience and professional identity of medical staff in emergency department

摘要 目的 调查急诊科医务人员心理资本、抗逆力与职业认同现状,分析其相关性,验证心理弹性在抗逆力与职业认同中的中介作用。方法 采用便利抽样法,于2021年2—4月采用心理资本量表、抗逆力量表及职业认同量表对绵阳市5所三级医院317名急诊科医务人员进行调查。采用描述性分析、单因素分析、相关分析进行相关影响因素分析,采用AMOS 23.0进行中介效应分析。结果 急诊科医务人员心理资本得分为(77.68±11.23)分,抗逆力得分为(59.26±7.39)分,职业认同得分为(90.17±14.89)分。相关分析显示,心理资本与抗逆力呈正相关(r=0.19~0.64,均P<0.05),与职业认同呈正相关(r=0.10~0.79,均P<0.05),抗逆力与职业认同呈正相关(r=0.09~0.58,均P<0.05)。心理资本在急诊科医务人员抗逆力与职业认同之间起部分中介作用,抗逆力对职业认同的直接和间接效应值为0.517和0.315。结论 绵阳市三级医院急诊科医务人员职业认同处于中等水平,有待进一步提升。抗逆力对急诊科医务人员职业认同有直接正向作用,心理资本在抗逆力与职业认同之间存在直接正向作用,提升急诊科医务人员心理资本与抗逆力,能提高其职业认同水平。 Objective To investigate the present situation of psychological capital,resilience and professional identity of emergency medical staff and analyze their correlations to verify the mediating role of psychological resilience in resilience and professional identity.Methods Using convenience sampling method,317 emergency department medical workers in five tertiary hospitals in Mianyang City were surveyed by the psychological capital scale,the resistance scale,and the professional identification scale from February to April 2021.Descriptive analysis,single factor analysis,and correlation analysis were used to analyze related influencing factors,and AMOS 23.0 was used to analyze mediating effects.Results The score of psychological capital in emergency department medical staff was(77.68±11.23) points,the resilience score was(59.26±7.39) points,and the occupational identity score was(90.17±14.89) points.Correlation analysis showed that the psychological capital was positively correlated with resilience(r=0.19-0.64,all P <0.05),the psychological capital was positively correlated with occupational identity(r =0.10-0.79,all P <0.05),and the resilience is positively correlated with occupational identity(r=0.09-0.58,all P<0.05).The psychological capital played a partially mediating role between the resilience and occupational identity of emergency medical staff.The direct and indirect effect of resilience on occupational identity was 0.517 and 0.315 respectively.Conclusions The professional identity of medical staff in the emergency department of tertiary hospitals in Mianyang City is at a medium level and needs to be further improved.The resilience has a direct positive effect on the professional identity of emergency medical staff.The psychological capital has a direct positive effect between resilience and professional identity.Improving the psychological capital and resilience of medical staff in emergency department can improve their professional identity level.
