摘要 采用电动位极化法、阻抗谱技术、失重法和能量色散谱法(EDS)研究了Q235钢和镀锌钢在南昌模拟大气环境和实际大气环境中的腐蚀行为。结果表明:在南昌模拟液中,随浸泡时间的延长,两种材料的阻抗都表现为先增后减,利用平均|Z|_(005)值的大小来比较接地材料的耐蚀性,镀锌钢的腐蚀速率远小于Q235钢的。在曝晒1a周期,镀锌钢的腐蚀等级为C2,属低等,Q235钢的腐蚀等级为C3,属中等。Q235钢和镀锌钢在两种环境中,其腐蚀评价较为一致,可采用模拟大气环境研究、分析及比较电网典型工程材料的腐蚀。 The electrokinetic potential polarization method,impedance spectroscopy technology,weight loss method and energy dispersive spectroscopy(EDS)were used to study the corrosion behavior of Q235 steel and galvanized steel in the simulated and actual atmospheric environments in Nanchang.The results show that in the Nanchang simulated fluid,with the extension of the immersion time,the impedance of the two materials first increases and then decreases.The average|Z|_(005)value is used to compare the corrosion resistance of the grounding materials.The corrosion rate of Galvanized steel is much smaller than that of Q235 steel.During the 1a exposure period,the corrosion level of galvanized steel is C2,which is low,and the corrosion level of Q235 steel is C3,which is medium.The corrosion evaluations of Q235 steel and galvanized steel are relatively consistent in the two environments,and the simulated atmospheric environment can be used to study,analyze and compare the corrosion of typical engineering materials in power grid.
