加入氧化铝、氧化锆对齿科用钴铬合金耐腐蚀性能的影响 被引量:1

Effect of Al_(2)O_(3)/ZrO_(2) Addition on Corrosion Resistance of Cobalt-Chromium Alloy for Dental Use

摘要 为解决齿科用钴铬合金的使用性能,通过在钴铬合金中加入氧化铝、氧化锆陶瓷相来改变钴铬合金的耐腐蚀性。陶瓷相的加入比例为5%,采用激光快速成型技术分别制备了两组合金试样,通过电化学腐蚀方法测试了两组合金在人口唾液中时腐蚀性能。结果表明:加入氧化铝或氧化锆后提高了钴铬合金的耐腐蚀性能;同时比较发现:加入氧化铝后,耐腐蚀性能提升效果更好。 To solve the use performance of cobalt-chromium alloy in the tooth department,the corrosion resistance of cobalt-chromium alloy was changed by adding aluminum oxide and zirconia ceramic phase to the cobalt-chromium alloy.The ceramic phase was 5%,two sets of alloy samples were prepared by laser rapid molding technology and their corrosion properties in population saliva were tested by electrochemical corrosion.The test results show that the corrosion resistance of alumina or zirconia oxide improve,and the corrosion resistance is better.
