摘要
嘉兴市景湖路及地下空间共享工程SMW工法桩施作过程中,临时发现下方存在局部障碍物,须采用旋挖机进行应急清障。为确保清障过程中基坑本体安全,对邻近基坑的围护结构变形及支撑轴力进行实时监测,实现全过程数字化控制。实践表明,采用旋挖机进行应急清障具有工序简单、成本低、效率高的优势;旋挖机清障对周边环境影响较小,且清障完成后会逐渐恢复至正常水平,具备足够的安全性保障。
During the construction of SMW construction method piles for the Jiaxing Jinghu Road and Underground Space Sharing Project,local obstacles were temporarily found below and a rotary excavator had to be used for emergency clearance.In order to ensure the safety of the pit body during the clearing process,the deformation of the support structure and the supporting axial force of the adjacent pit were monitored in real time to achieve digital control of the whole process.Practice shows that the use of rotary excavator for emergency clearance has the advantages of simple process,low cost and high efficiency;rotary excavator clearance has less impact on the surrounding environment,and will gradually return to normal level after completion of clearance,which has sufficient safety guarantee.
