邻近既有隧道的立交互通基础施工技术

摘要 以和燕路—红山路快速路改造工程中的晓庄互通立交为背景,在研究其现场施工条件和周边环境复杂性的基础上,总结了互通施工的风险因素及对周边环境可能造成的影响,评估了互通立交基础施工对既有隧道的干扰程度。总结了互通立交施工时的注意点,介绍了钻孔桩、承台、台背填土、预制梁、现浇梁等关键工艺,为在人口密集、地下设施复杂区域的立交桥建设提供一定的技术依据。 Taking the Xiaozhuang interchange in the He Yan Road-Hongshan Road expressway reconstruction project as a background,the risk factors of interchange construction and the possible impact on the surrounding environment are summarized based on the study of its on-site construction conditions and the complexity of the surrounding environment,and the degree of interference of interchange foundation construction with the existing tunnel is assessed.The key processes of bored piles,bearing platform,backfill,precast girders and cast-in-place girders are introduced to provide some technical basis for the construction of interchanges in densely populated areas with complex underground facilities.
