预制叠合板拼缝处成形质量研究

摘要 为提高预制叠合板拼缝处成形质量,根据叠合板设计要点,考虑将叠合板拼缝处设置为后浇带形式,同时结合叠合板设计及现场实际需求进行铝模深化,最终确定叠合板支撑采用四周+井字形模板支撑体系。经过现场实施应用,该措施提高了预制叠合板拼缝成形质量合格率,为解决类似的质量问题提供了一种思路。 In order to improve the forming quality of the joint of prefabricated laminated plate,according to the key points of laminated plate design,it is considered to set the joint of laminated plate in the form of post cast strip,and deepen the aluminum formwork in combination with the design of laminated plate and the actual needs on site.Finally,it is determined that the support system of four sides and well-shaped formwork is adopted for the support of laminated plate.After site application,this measure improves the qualified rate of joint forming quality of prefabricated laminated plates,and provides a kind of idea for solving similar quality problems.
