悬挑脚手架钢丝绳活动拉环施工技术 被引量:1

摘要 传统悬挑脚手架拉结工字钢使用的预埋U形环无法回收利用,材料浪费严重。为提高材料周转率,达到降本增效的目的,将常规的U形环进行改良,设计制作了统一式钢丝绳活动拉环。介绍了该活动拉环的制作方法、施工工艺、控制要点等。工程应用效果表明,该活动拉环加工便捷、施工安全、经济环保,弥补了传统U形环材料浪费的缺点,有效解决了后期因U形环割除产生的安全问题。 The embedded U-ring used in the tie-in I-beam of traditional cantilever scaffold cannot be recycled,and the material waste is serious.In order to improve the material recycle rate and achieve the purpose of reducing cost and increasing efficiency,the conventional U-ring is improved,and a unified steel wire rope movable pull ring is designed and manufactured.The manufacturing method,construction technology and control points of the movable pull ring are introduced.The engineering application results show that the movable pull ring has the advantages of convenient processing,safe construction,economy and environmental protection,makes up for the waste of traditional U-ring materials,and effectively solves the safety problems caused by U-ring cutting in the later stage.
