摘要
以实际工程为例,在规范标准和工程实践的基础上,总结提炼了一系列提高大跨度、高层高的框架结构外作业脚手架的稳定性措施。采用软件分别对盘扣式脚手架、钢管扣件式脚手架的3种不同工况进行线性分析,得到量化数据的支撑。采取上述措施后,可有效约束外作业脚手架的平面外位移,提高架体整体稳定性,为同类工程施工和脚手架工程安全管理提供了解决思路。
Taking the actual project as an example,on the basis of specifications,standards and engineering practice,a series of measures to improve the stability of external operation scaffold of long-span and high-rise frame structure are summarized and refined.The software is used to carry out linear analysis on three different working conditions of disc buckle type scaffold and steel pipe fastener type scaffold,and obtain the support of quantitative data.After taking the above measures,it can effectively restrict the out of plane displacement of the external operation scaffold,improve the overall stability of the scaffold,and provide a solution for the construction of similar projects and the safety management of scaffold projects.
