摘要 为改善传统临建板房抗台风能力差、舒适性差、防火性能差以及高浪费等缺点,以横琴新区市民服务中心项目、广州执信中学项目为依托,开展可周转全装配式混凝土临建板房施工和使用。通过运用成品混凝土墙体和楼板、钢梁、钢柱等预制构件建设临建板房,实现了可周转使用、可抵抗15级台风,同时优化办公环境、减少建筑废料、缩短工期等目标。总结的房屋体系深化设计及综合施工技术,为推广该装配式临建板房提供了技术支撑。 In order to improve the disadvantages of traditional temporary panel houses,such as poor typhoon resistance,low comfort,limited fire protection performance and high cost,the construction and use of reusable fully assembled concrete temporary panel houses are carried out based on the citizen service center project in Hengqin new area and Guangzhou Zhixin middle school project.Through the use of prefabricated components such as finished concrete walls and floors,steel beams and steel columns to build temporary panel houses,the objectives of reusable use,resisting grade 15 typhoon,optimizing office environment,reducing construction waste and shortening construction period are realized.The summarized detailed design and comprehensive construction technology of the housing system provide technical support for the promotion of the prefabricated temporary panel house.
