摘要
既有建筑基础托换等改造修缮施工会使得结构竖向荷载重分布,导致建筑基础产生沉降变化,发生不均匀沉降。针对该问题,以上海某历史建筑基础托换工程为例,通过数值模拟方法,计算分析各施工工况下的基础沉降变化情况,并与现场实际沉降监测数据对比。结果表明:数值模型可以在较大程度上反映各施工工况下的基础沉降变化。通过对压桩顺序等施工工艺进行优化,可以减少基础的不均匀沉降。
The renovation and repair construction of existing building foundation underpinning will make the redistribution of the vertical load of the structure,leading to the settlement changes of the building foundation,and uneven settlement may occur.To solve this problem,taking the foundation underpinning project of a historical building in Shanghai as an example,the foundation settlement changes under various construction conditions are calculated and analyzed by numerical simulation method,and compared with the actual settlement monitoring data on site.The results show that the numerical model can reflect the changes of foundation settlement under various construction conditions to a great extent.By optimizing the construction technology such as pile pressing sequence,the uneven settlement of foundation can be reduced.
