摘要
超高层建筑施工由于工况复杂、系统庞大,面临着施工管理极其困难的问题,特别是城市核心区周边环境复杂,对超高层建筑施工管理要求更高、更精细化。基于建筑高度370 m的上海核心区的超高层项目,通过BIM技术、物联网、局域网通信等各种智能机械设备、信息化管理系统的应用,提高了施工管理效率和精细化,在保证项目顺利实施的同时,有效控制了施工对周边环境的影响。
Due to the complex working conditions and huge system,the construction of super high-rise buildings is facing extremely difficult problems of construction management,especially the complex environment around the urban core area,which requires higher and more refined construction management of super high-rise buildings.Based on the super high-rise project in the core area of Shanghai with a building height of 370 m,through the application of BIM technology,Internet of things,LAN communication and other intelligent mechanical equipment and information management system,the construction management efficiency and refinement are improved,and the impact of construction on the surrounding environment is effectively controlled while ensuring the smooth implementation of the project.
