摘要
在建筑施工管理过程中,一体化管理模式的实施已经在提高项目管理专业化水平、保证质量和工期、降低项目建设成本等方面取得了明显成效。施工单位如何在现有施工总承包模式上做好总承包一体化管理,是其在今后市场上提升竞争力的关键。以A项目为例,分析项目现阶段施工总承包一体化管理存在的问题和原因,提出改进和应对措施,帮助项目管理者加强施工总承包一体化管理。
In the process of construction management,the implementation of integrated management mode has achieved remarkable results in improving the professional level of project management,ensuring quality and construction period,reducing project construction cost and so on.How to do a good job in the integrated management of general contracting in the existing general contracting mode is the key to enhance its competitiveness in the future market.Taking a project as an example,this paper analyzes the problems and reasons existing in the integrated management of construction general contracting at the current stage of the project,puts forward improvement and countermeasures,and helps project managers strengthen the integrated management of construction general contracting.
