摘要
采用同时蒸馏萃取法提取广西河池艾叶的挥发油,用气相色谱-质谱联用技术(Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry)对其进行化学成分分析,并与文献报道的其它产地艾叶的挥发油成分进行比较。结果:广西河池艾叶挥发油共分离出105个组分,鉴定出62种化学成分,主要成分为石竹烯氧化物(10.20%)、桉叶油素(9.27%)、冰片(5.80%)、樟脑(4.73%)、石竹烯(2.72%)、3,4-二甲基-3-环己烯基-1-甲醛(2.71%)、斯巴醇(2.49%)、莰烯(1.64%)、印蒿醚(1.28%)等。不同产地的艾叶挥发油中主要化学成分种类及相对含量存在一定差异。
The volatile oil from Artemisia argyi leaves in Hechi,Guangxi was extracted with simultaneous distil⁃lation and extraction.The chemical components were analyzed with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC MS).The results were compared with those from other places reported in the literature.Results show that a total of 105 components were extracted from the volatile oil of Artemisia argyi leaves in Hechi,Guangxi,and 62 chemical in⁃gredients were identified.The main components were caryophyllene oxide(10.20%),eucalyptol(9.27%),endo-Bor⁃neol(5.80%),camphor(4.73%),caryophyllene(2.72%),3-Cyclohexen-1-carboxaldehyde,3,4-dimethyl(2.71%),1H-Cycloprop[e]azulen-7-ol,decahydro-1,1,7-trimethyl-4-methylene-,[1ar-(1a.alpha.,4a.alpha.,7.beta.,7a.beta.,7b.alpha.)](2.49%),camphene(1.64%),Davana ether(1.28%),etc.The kinds and relative contents of main chemical components in volatile oil of Artemisia argyi leaves from different areas were different from place to place.
