摘要
为解决61116材料巷掘进期间围岩变形量大的问题,采用UDEC数值模拟软件进行注浆加固控制巷道变形特征的分析,基于分析结果得出巷道注浆加固后应力分布均匀、围岩变形量能够大幅降低的结论,确定巷道采用锚网索+注浆加固支护方案,有效解决了围岩变形量大的问题,保障了围岩的稳定。
In order to solve the problem of large deformation of surrounding rock during the 61116 material roadway driving,UDEC numerical simulation software is used to analyze the characteristics of roadway deformation controlled by grouting reinforcement.Based on the analysis results,it is concluded that the stress distribution of roadway is uniform and the deformation of surrounding rock can be greatly reduced after grouting reinforcement.The roadway adopts anchor mesh cable+grouting reinforcement support scheme,which effectively solves the problem of large deformation of surrounding rock and ensures the stability of surrounding rock.
