元甲煤业20101运输巷底鼓治理研究 被引量:2

摘要 针对元甲煤业2号煤顶底板岩层岩性差,回采巷道底鼓量大的问题,采用理论分析及数值模拟的方法,确定采用补打底板锚杆的方法治理巷道底鼓。在巷道底角及中间位置布置规格为Ф20 mm×2000 mm的螺纹钢锚杆,巷道底角锚杆以外插角为15°进行布置,中间位置锚杆竖直布置,锚杆间排距为2300 mm×1000 mm,四个巷道底鼓监测点底鼓最大值分别为70 mm、71 mm、68 mm及75 mm,效果良好。 In view of the poor lithology of the No.2 coal roof and floor of Yuanjia Coal Industry and the large floor heave of the mining roadway,the method of replenishing the floor anchor rod is adopted to control the floor heave of the roadway by using the methods of theoretical analysis and numerical simulation.The thread rebar anchor rod with the specification of Ф 20 mm × 2000 mm is arranged at the bottom angle and the middle position of the roadway,and the roadway bottom angle anchor rod outside the insertion angle is 15 °.The bolt is arranged vertically in the middle position,and the row distance between the bolts is 2300 mm × 1000 mm.The maximum values of floor heave in four roadway floor heave monitoring points are 70 mm,71 mm,68 mm and 75 mm respectively,and the effect is good.
